Good Vibrations

Danburite the “Stone of Prosperity” was named after the city of Danbury in Connecticut where it was first described in 1839. It is a fairly common crystal found in America, Bolivia, Czech Republic, Japan, Madagascar, Mexico, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Russia and Switzerland.

Danburite is a Calcium Boron Silicate of the silicates class of crystals. It is clear to white in colour and ranges from transparent to translucent although there are other shades of Danburite such as pink, yellow and aqua aura which, as well as having the properties of Danburite, vibrate with the corresponding chakra colour.

Danburite is one of the highest vibrating minerals found to date which allows you to connect with the Angels and opens you up to channelling your highest guides whilst supporting a deep connection to the Divine. It is said to be the perfect crystal to use if you are having a crisis of faith.

It is a powerful but gentle crystal which helps relieve emotional pain and increases acceptance of ourselves and others. It is a useful crystal to utilise during times of extreme change and is said to ease the transition of the soul when it leaves the human body.

Danburite can help heal old emotional wounds as well as clearing past karma. It will help you to “let your light shine" and assist you in achieving your vision of a better life for you. It is beneficial for a successful career in the creative arts or design.

Divine Plan

Danburite is primarily associated with the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), relating to spiritual connection, understanding and enlightenment. It links the Heart Chakra (Anahata), relating to love and compassion to the Crown Chakra, via the Thymus or Higher Heart Chakra, relating to awakening higher consciousness, living your personal truth and doing so with passion and conviction, the Third Eye or Brow Chakra (Ajna), relating to insight, intuition, awareness and guidance, and the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), relating to communication; and is from where you speak your truth. It may activate the higher etheric chakras, right up to the fourteenth level, the “Divine Plan” level, helping with enlightenment.

In crystal healing, Danburite is said to help with illnesses and symptoms relating to allergies, chronic pain, gallbladder, hypertension, infertility, liver disorders, Meniere’s disease, migraines, muscular-skeletal issues, tumours and growths and weight management.

Emotionally, Danburite is said to assist with anger and resentment, anxiety, coping with change, fear, grief, insomnia, love, patience, peace of mind, reducing stress or tension and to give a sense of belonging. It helps to overcome negative thoughts about yourself that were imposed upon you by others.

Spiritually, it is used for Angel communication and connection, aura revitalising, enhancing intuition, protection during psychic and spiritual work and raising vibrations.

Danburite is not a traditional or ancient birthstone but is a modern birthstone for the Zodiac sign of Leo, 23rd July to 22nd August. Danburite is not on the anniversary list but could be used in place of diamonds for the 60th anniversary.

Meditation

Danburite is a perfect crystal for meditating with to access a higher state of consciousness to help contact with angels and your spirit guides. It clears the mind in order to bring clarity to your thoughts, and it is believed to heal and clear the auric field and draw Kundalini energy up through the spine into the Crown Chakra.
