This is simply to ensure you have grasped the course material and can apply it (without Tarot/Goddess or other associations) in a reading. You can also refer to your notes. I'll give feedback where I feel it is needed to help you clarify anything you may still be struggling with.
After this, you'll receive a professional certificate that you can print out and display or keep in a folder to your liking. It certifies that you have been trained in Birth Yantra creation and interpretation to the level that you are capable of doing professional readings for clients.
