The Book's Creation
​
While preparing to publish The Hopping Hippos solo after it was released from a rockstar romance anthology, I felt like the story needed to continue some more. However, I didn't want to wait with publishing and extending the original story, so I decided to write a second part and make it available as a free download for my newsletter subscribers. Besides continuing the story, I also added the song lyrics of one of the Hippos' songs as bonus material.

I’ve had several cold showers, wanked myself raw, but nothing can quench the burning need I feel for our woman. We’ve come to a compromise and decided that we will take turns for the remainder of the tour. Monday through Friday, one day each. On the weekends, Janis is going to rest. Not only where sex is concerned but also with attending shows. No one is happy with the compromise, but we decided it needs to be done to keep our woman safe and in good health. She was wasting away before our eyes, and the alternative, ignoring it and continuing as before, would mean that she’d get sick and collapse and then maybe even end up in a hospital.

Tonight is finally my turn, and I’ve been hard all day already with anticipation. As the last member to join the band, I was allocated Fridays. Shane’s turn is on Mondays when Janis is rested and has more energy. Of course, he’d pick the best day out for himself. Then it’s Tyler and Reece, and lastly, Wiggs has the Thursdays, the day before me. He’s been slowly going insane, and I don’t think he’ll be able to manage for much longer without having an outlet.

Yes, we’re fucking, and it’s hot, steamy and erotic, but Janis has something about her that feels uplifting and calming, all at the same time. She is passion and peace, and Wiggs needs that to control his energy levels, which are already shooting through the roof. He is trying so hard and has come such a long way. I don’t want him to blow a fuse and have to go back on meds again to manage. If I were a better man, I’d give him my day. But I’m so much in love with Janice, I crave her. It’s turned me into a selfish bastard. Time with her is precious.
